Bring on labor naturally

Ive been in pre labor as the docs call it for little over 2 weeks now started when i was 37 weeks was dilated to a 1 1/2 to 2 now im at about a 4 1/2 and have been since last Saturday and 65% thinned my contrations were every 5mins till this week and now have spaced out but still painful my midwife scrapped my manebrane yesterday hoping to bring on active labor
Im very uncomfortable and frustrated Ive tried so much walking yoga spicy food walking up down stairs sex rocking the pelvis and nothing has made it progress anymore im so ready for him to be here i cant really sleep well I need have him soon before i loss my mind any suggestions would be great and very appreciated thanks in advance from very frustrated mom to be

I keep hearing that drinking rasberry leaf tea is the safest way to go and everyone who's tried has had success so maybe that will work for you! I didn't know about it with my first two but now that I do, I plan to start drinking raspberry leaf tea as soon as I'm 36 weeks!!! Good luck!

Yes red raspberry leaf tea . Help. I'm 37weeks. And just started drinking it last night so far I been getting contractions all day.. it's helping g and I am 2cm ,70%....  I've been feeling like my body is ready for labor. You can find the tea at Walmart..
