C-Section Scar Hurts?
Hey ladies. I'm 11 weeks 5 days pregnant today and have started feeling a burning sensation on my c-section scar from my previous pregnancy. I felt this a little bit before my miscarriage last year, and I'm petrified there may be a link between the two. The pain isn't severe. It's dull at best, but it still has me concerned. Am I being irrational?
It's normal, and it won't rupture. Mine hurt with my second pregnancy and again with this one. Eventually it will stop hurting towards the end! Hang in there.
I don't imagine it will rupture I had my appendectomy in my first trimester with my son and even with the fresh scars stretching during that pregnancy they did not rupture. My cousin had a c-section and a year later was pregnant with twins and she did fine. I know it hurts but it really should be fine.
it's actually really common for stomach scars to hurt while you're pregnant because your stomach is stretching. I had an appendectomy and had my gall bladder removed and my scars hurt sometimes unfortunately there's really not much you can do about it.
