CMV Igg Positive, IgM negative, bordeline echogenic bowel

Hi Doctor, my wife is 20 wk pregnant. She had echogenic bowel (Technician said borderline brightness) in 20 week scan but there were no other markers.

Tested negative for nuchal negative, so is the triple test. Now because of this echogenic bowel she underwent a CMV test. The results shown, negative IgM and positive IgG (16). Does this mean something? we have a follow up scan scheduled in 2 weeks. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

I'm sorry but I have no knowledge when it comes to this stuff. There is a pregnancy ask doctor forum that would be a better place to post your question. Good luck.
