Can I have a viable pregnancy 1 month after miscarriage????

On April 11th, I had a D&C, me and my husband waited the two week period before intercourse. On May 5th, I had my first period, which was awful. It is now June 10th and I after two pregnancy test, I am pregnant. However, I am alarmed because during my last pregnancy I had bad cramps and I am having the same now. When the doctor tested my hcg and progestrone they were at 75 hcg, 15.5 prog, Has anyone else experienced this and should I be alarmed. Also having extreme back pain.

I'm in the same situation and I analyse every little thing.  Its really hard not to.  I agree with alaysha about the cramps.  I try to tell myself what will happen will happen and I just have to do everything I'm supposed to to make sure this baby has the best chance.  After that it is out of my control.  Helps a little bit to relax me but I still worry.

Best of luck and congratulations :)

Don't be alarmed I got pregnant right after my d&c and was worried too. Didn't help that I had horrible cramps and thought I was miscarrying again. Cramps (as long as you aren't doubling over and in extreme pain) are normal. Its your ligaments stretching and getting ready for baby. My daughter is now 3 1/2 :)
