Can my husband be the father?

On Nov 10, 2009 . I had my period. It has always been VERY irregular.
On Nov 19, 2009. I had an affair and used a condom. It was my FIRST and LAST time I ever had sex with this guy. I never saw him again.
On Jan 17,2009. I had a vaginal u/s done and they said I was 7weeks far along.
On Feb 25,2009. I had a u/s done and they said I was 13 weeks far along.
My EDD: Sept 5, 2010.
They also did a blood test to see how far along I was because they said it didnt conicide with my lmp of nov 10. So it stated : GA @ U/S DRAW: 10 WEEKS(CRL) Which was the date of feb 4,2009.

due dates can go at least 2 wks both ways.

I seriously doubt it was they guy you had an affair with if your dates are correct! it would have been only a little over a week since you period and is doubtful that you would ovulate that early and if yo had no problems with the condom it makes it even less likely. were you using anything with your husband? because if you were'nt that would also up your chances of it being his baby. my LMP was Nov 10th as well and going by that my EDD (I'm pregnant too!) was Aug 17th, I had an ultrasoudn because my period were irregular too and the changed my DD to Aug 27th which means I concieved the last part of Nov. if you were that much farther along the should have been able to tell on one of your first two ultrasounds! there is a big size difference in the first trimester, so it is supposed to be the most accuarate time to have an ultrasound for figuring out due dates. that being said weird things can happen and you probably should have a test done, although i can understand why you might not want to invovle your husband in the testing if you don't have too! good luck and i think it is probably your husbands!

Using a reverse due date calculator, you would have conceived around the 13th of December if you EDD is September 5th. From that, the man you had an affair with on November 19th could NOT be the father.

Now, since your periods are irregular you due date could be off so the best thing to do is get a paternity test when the baby is born to be sure.

That sounds abit to close to pick a side, dates can be way out with doctors, i would defiantly get a dna test done! but on saying that if sperm didnt enter your body you should be safe

Hi,

From what you have said I dont think that the man you had the affair with is the father. A conception date of 19th November puts the EDD at 26th August so the conception date would more likely be around 29th November and this ties in the dates of your scans and how far along you are.
