Can unprotected intimacy without penetration and ejaculation lead to pregnancy?

Me and my girlfriend were intimate yesterday. I was not wearing a condom since she was allergic to latex. I neither penetrated her nor ejaculated near her vagina. I have been cleaning my sperms immediately after I have come.

During one our sessiton I felt I was about to come. Though, my girl friend was holding my penis close to her clitoris/labia majora(not sure), I stopped immediately and went down and continued with my mouth.  My previous ejaculation was 12hrs.before  and I have urinated in this winodow couple of times. After this, I observed a whitish fluid around my penis. This looked like my pre ***. She made sure not to get my penis into here vagina during this session as well. She has been cleaning here vagina immediately after each session. Its been 24 days into her period and she was diagnosed with mild pcos. She did not rupture her hymen. After the episode, we are worried if she can get pregnancy? Can pcos affect her frtile period? Do we need to take immediate birth control measures? please advise.
