Cannot find a comfortable way to sleep...

I try my best to sleep on my left side but I end up moving in the night and I wake up with an upset stomach. I am 11wks 6 days, is it to early for a pregnancy pillow??? I sleep with a body pillow but I seem to just move around so much, I just want a good nights sleep, any suggestions???

I've heard that its okay to sleep on both your right and left side -- the issue seems to be more of not sleeping on your back, and unless you are having pelvic/hip/back pain you can sleep in any position you like up to the 16 week mark. I find I have to alternate sides a few times during the night otherwise I wake up from muscular pains. I do have a body pillow and find it really helps with ligament pain, etc. I think the brand of pillow I got is Obus Forme. My husband (who is awesome!) picked it up for me and he now loves when I sleep with it because he can also cuddle up to it. Its super comfy!

No its not too early for a pregnancy pillow... if you get it early youll get the most use outta it... because your still early in your pregnancy its not as big of a deal to be sleeping on your left but it is a good habbit to get into... i started teaching myself early too... but by 5 months on i didnt sleep i hurt all night!! so whatever you can get to be comfy i reccomend it!! This pregnancy im gonna find a good pillow!! lol
