Catching up

I think i havent been here since feb 13th and i missed out on a lot of current post from all u mommies. I had my daughter on valentines day and it was an amazing experience. She is nothing like my son, she sleeps all day and night and only wakes up to eat. :-) the only one that seems to be giving me a harder time is my soon to be 3yr old son. All he does is cry, he wont listen to me at all, and tries to hit me. I'm so emotional right now and theres times where i just cant take it anymore and cry. My husband has done his best to help me out but our son seems to be acting up on him too and wont listen to him either. I dont know what to do with him, I just hope that within time he can calm down and understand that he is also our child and we love them both the same. I hope all u mommies are having a great day.

I'm glad he is doing better. With my son its hard to talk to him and make him understand. Since my daughter sleeps all day and night he still gets all our attention and we play with him a lot more now but he still acts up. I dont know what else to do to make him understand that we will never make him less and he will always be our baby no matter what. We have talked to him and told him about him and his baby sister and he seems to be ok with his sister but not with us.

He seems to acting out because there's a new baby getting attention. He's used to being the only child and getting both yours and your husbands full attention. My baby isn't even here yet (due April 14) and my son is 6 1/2 and he was acting out also especially when I just started buying all the baby's items we need. He's getting jealous. But me his father and his grandma all sat him down and talked to him and he seems to be doing better. I'm not sure how easy that'll be with a 3 yr old though
