Charlie horses ???

I am currently 29 weeks and 4 days, and for the past 2 weeks I've been having charlie horse cramping in my calves that wake me up out of my sleep. They are very painful... and I was wondering if any other moms out there ever had this happen to them. I called my doctor and they ordered some tests stat.

When you stretch DO NOT POINT YOUR TOES you have to flex. I've had this issues when I was pregnant with my 3 kids but since I've been pregnant with my 4th I haven't had this issue because I flex my feet instead of pointing. Hope this helps :)

Im 35 weeks and was having terrible cramping in both legs since week 29. I started taking a liquid magnesium supplement which completely stopped the cramps. If I miss a day or two of magnesium I feel the cramps coming back.

Oh man girl, those are sooooo dang painful! I feel for ya. Try adding a banana or 2 a day in, and drink extra water.  For me those two things helped out along with stretching before bed. Good luck doll hopefully they stop soon!
