Charting in my own ttc journal!

I'm officially on AF. Cramps just set in and it's all red/orange. With that said good luck to you other ladies!!!
Okay now, I want to start my own ttc journal starting with this AF. Does anyone have a website with an example of good ways to chart so it's not confusing? Any of you who chart in your spare time, what do you chart? Online charts are fine but I want a notebook I can carry around and have with me. With my own writing if that makes sense? lol...

Also I want to start temping, how would I do that and when?

Sorry to hear.  I chart here on med medhelp too.  But I didn't do the journal part. :)  I just used it to keep track of my cycles, so I would know the important stuff.  Anyway I know in another post you wrote that you wanted to use OPK's; I would suggest buying some from babyhopes.com, I also got some pre-seed lubricant.  Not sure if that was it, but I only used this past month and I got my bfp.

I'm not sure how to temp, but I do know that it has to be done at the same time every day, like OPKs.

Good luck! Baby Dust to you!

I  dont have a note book but I chart on this website and with the friends I have on here its great support when I need it the most. try charting here and see how you like it. things to look for are you temps, symtoms, and times having sex, your curvical position, opening and moisture. maybe just writing it down will help. good luck! if you do start to chart here look me up.

Sorry to hear about AF, you can ignore my post in your other post. I really wish I could help you out with your ttc journal, but I have no clue where to begin. Lots of baby dust to you and hoping you get that BFP next month!
