Mine wont check til im 39 weeks its kinda frustrating tho im 38 weeks n i wonder if i made an progress or not i dnt want to get a c section n dnt want her to come late...but i guess i juss have to play the waiting game..
Yeah, that makes sense. =P as long as everything is perfectly fine I guess I don't need an explanation for everything lol
I was concerned about my doctor as well and the farther along you get the more indepth they should get. Ill be starting my 37th week tomorrow & up until maybe two weeks ago all my appts sounded just like yours. It kinda ***** doctors are like that but at the same time it probably means everything is going fine.
I swear my docs hands must be huge cuz I was gripping the table haha.
Mine will start at 30 weeks due to my son being 6 weeks early
My doctor checked at my 36 week appt. I'd heard horror stories about it being incredibly painful, but it didn't hurt me. My cervix was still closed though. Other than that it was a normal appt.
My doctor wont check til after im due....its stupud to me because they make a huge deal about me missing an appt but ill i literaly do is go in get weighed blood pressure pee in a cup go n a room doctor comes in listens to heart says everythings normal and out i go.....
My dr won't start checking till 38 weeks unless you've had contractions.
That's about how my visits go he measures listen for heart beat check my weight and stuff and I'm on my way. He always tells me if I'm not measuring right tho.
Okay because I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow and see my doctor next week and she never says anything to me. When I go in, I give the urine sample and check my weight then go in the room. She'll then have me lay down to take my fundal height and check baby's heart beat and says Okay come back in in two weeks. She never tells me anything. I don't even know how big or small my baby is measuring and have no idea about her weight estimate. It's so frustrating to me.
Mine is gonna check next week at my 36 w check up. And its really un comfy. I wasn't prepared the first time with my son and I swear it like scared me haha its not really painful but it does hurt.
Usually around 36 weeks you do group b strep at 35. After that they usually see you once a week and check every time. Its more uncomfortable than anything really.
