Checking own cervics
Have any of you? Any expiriences where you felt your sac?
It is actually said to be more safe if you do it your self because your body knows your bacterias..some midwives actually prefer that their patients know how to check themselves...I don't only because I can't reach my cervix...if I could I would
I havent try it and i think i dont wanna to try it because you can get infections down there
