In TX if you don't have a valid address or they can't get one they can't do anything until it's proven that he has been served. I finally gave up after 6 years of them not being able to serve him. Good luck!
Yep, you've got the pertinent information. your lawyer should be able tot rack him or whatever way you are going about fighting for support. Sadly, it is based on his current income rather than what you'll need to raise your baby (his portion of that besides income from whatever job you have) so it is often a lot less than a women thinks she's gonna get. There's a minimum that they'll take though which some of the ladies might know what that is. then you have to go back to court every few years if he gets college or job training or a promotion or whatever to improve his job pay rate.
but every man should pay for some income toward their child in my opinion.
