I frigging love love my pumpkin spice coffee small in the morning ... but here's the thing a lot of people say it's a nono nooo caffeine allowed but others say that you can have but limit yourself have it once a day small cup .... What do you guys think ... should I just stop and p.s I hate the decaf .... LOL

I drink half decaff n half regular on my cup..so I can have energy specially now that im 35 weeks ..n it also helps me go restroom; ) enjoy it...

I didn't consume any caffine until my third trimester but you are allowed 200mg a day. It's all personal preferance unless your dpctor says no.

You can have 200 mg of caffeine a day. 2 8 ounce cups is the limit.

When I get constipated I drink a small cup of coffee. And I asked my dr if it was ok she said yes as long as its in small amounts
