i have to do a overnight shift today n i wanted to get coffee before i was pregnant i would get 2 large ice coffee for the night can i still do that ? Or is dere anythin else i can drink to keep me awake ?
I would say maybe one not two. You can have around 200 mg of caffeine. My hospital says 300. Just don't over do it.
You can drink coffee just try not to drink that much. A cup or two is fine but I wouldn't over due it.
