Confused and need help!

ok so here is my story
I have 4 beautiful children and after my last one I had a tubal ligation done, that was almost 9 years ago. For the past 2 weeks I have noticed some changes. I'm having major mood swings, gained about 10 lbs, cravings, stomach aches( no particular area), cant lay on my stomach, swelling, naseua

I took a urine pregnancy test last Thursday and it showed negative, then again Saturday and it instantly showed positive. I went to the ER and they did a blood test and it came back negative. I don't know whether to go with the negative and not worry about it or continue to check. I'm concerned with the change that I am pregnant and could it be ectopic.

You need to see your ob/gyn.  Many times if a pregnancy occurs after a tubal, the pregnancy is ectopic and ectopic pregnancies can be strange with pregnancy tests  I would get seen to make sure as ectopic pregnancies are dangerous.  Tubal ligation is meant to be permanent but sometimes scar tissue will grow so that the tube seems almost fused again, however, tubal pregnancies then occur at a high rate.

I'd see your doctor  good luck

Thanks for the comments ladies. I called to another hospital and spoke with a nurse in the labor and delivery and explained my medical history, symptoms and results and they are requesting for me to go in and do an ultra sound and another test so we will see.

If you had a blood test and it came back negative, you're not pregnant.
Some home pregnancy test show some faulse positives but blood work is the best way to show :)
