Constipation relief?

I am a first time mother with only 5 days left until my due date. I've done this all natural so far not taking anything except Tylenol and prenatals.I really don't want to accidentally induce labor. Is there anything I can do to relieve constipation that's safe this far into pregnancy?

Because I absolutely hate prune juice, I mixed it with a juice that I like. I didn't drink very much, maybe 1/2 cup before bed which would allow me to go to the bathroom in the morning. I also made sure to eat fiber one bars throughout the day so I would be able to go when I got home.

If you can stand the taste milk of magnesia works pretty quickly. I used it at the end of my first pregnancy when it got really bad for me. Or you can drink a cup of prime juice and chase it with a cup of coffee. That should get things moving too.

Whatever you to DON'T TAKE A LAXATIVE!I made that mistake and I was in the restroom for about 2 hours going at both ends! I lost way to many body fluids! Here is the list my obgyn gave me for things that are safe for constipation during pregnancy.
Senokot
Metamucil
Colace
Prune juice
Apple juice
Citrucal
Increase fiber and liquids
No enemas, although I'm not sure why it says no enemas but anyways

General stool softners are fine, just not really full on laxatives. If you wanted to go more natural, a warm cup of water with as much lemon as you can stand to drink in it usually does the trick for me. That or a cup of coffee lol. I hope you get relief soon!
