Could I be farther along than what my doctor and I thought?

I'm pretty sure I'm farther along than what we thought. Im "20 weeks" today and according to this app, I am suppose to be feeling fluttering and quickness but i feel more...much more. I feel a slight not painful cramping thats moves around. I've already experienced ligaments stretching and that's a different pain. This feels like little one is pushing things off to the side. It goes left to right, up and down, circles, right to left...the cramping just moves around...so, could I possibly be farther along? My first sono isn't til the 17th of this month and that's the only way to be certain but its be constantly weighing ony my mind.

Bummer with my first pregnancy they gave me a estimated due date of July 8 then changed it after the scan to July 20th but I had him two weeks early on the 8th anyway. My due date with this one ws July 4th then after scan changed to December 31st. They usually date it earlier  as later on In your pregnancy baby could measure a little behind or ahead so it's not to accurate then anyway.

And they made you wait till 21 weeks for a scan? They should have done one sooner they usually do one at 12 weeks to find out whether there's more than one. And to check that it's in the right place and not ectopic. then they could have told you for sure.

They wouldnt due to insurance only covering one ultrasound. They decided to make the 20 (in my case 21) week ultrasound to use that.

I was at 13 weeks.

You might be a week or two shed then. As you might have ovulated sooner how many weeks was you when you found out.

Based it off lmp. But I couldn't be certain on my last known period. Because I was already in my 2nd trimester based off that. I even told her that I wasn't completely sure on that and she said we will just wait till your sono at 21 weeks.

I'm 19 weeks and I can feel like everything she does. It depends on so many things your weight baby may be stronger this time around. How much fluid is round baby. Did they date your pregnancy based off a scan or your lmp.
