Could I be preganant ?

Hello Everyone !! I have a question and I hope someone can give me some advice. My last period was June 26. I started spotting brown and light pink on July 24. I spotted for 4 days. My period was supposed to come July 26 but never came. The week before my missed period I had some cramps and sore breast but it was different than the normal. It has been two weeks since and I have taken several HPTs and all came out negative. Ever since I quit spotting I have been feeling really queasy if i don't eat anything when I first get up in the morning. I'm also on birth control (Microdonor) and I have never missed a pill. Could I be pregnant? Someone please help me.

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would offer you a blood pregnancy test.  I suspect however that the irregular bleeding and the other symptoms are caused by your birth control.  It is very common to have irregular bleeding with Micronor.  In fact, that is one of the biggest complaints of people who use that pill.  It is also not quite as effective as pills that have an estrogen component.  It is less likely to cause blood clots or nausea though.
If it bugs you to have irregular bleeding, you may have to consider a switch to a different brand.  If you are good about taking your pills and the irregular bleeding doesn't bother you, you could stick with Micronor.
Good luck!
