Could I be pregnant

Hi ladies i'm new here and i had a question. I have recently stopped taking the depo shot my last dose was November 2009 I never bleed on the shot so when i got off it still took a while in fact the only thing im having is brown spotting and bad cramps, i have been spotting for two days and it's very light me and my husband have been having unprotected sex since i have been on and off the shot, but i wanted to know should i be worried about being pregnant or is this something normal after quitting the shot...

i always had brown spotting/discharge after coming off of the depo shot, i can range froma few months to a year for your body to be rid of the depo i honestly wouldn't recommend it to any woman as a for of bc, more a form of poison.  The depo can mess up your cycles majorly some months you'll get AF then you won't then you will again it's a nightmare.

I would deffo see your doc about another form of bc if you do not want to conceive, but brown discharge is common in a lot of women

I'm not sure if this is normal or not but you definitely should be worried about being or getting pregnant, especially if your not wanting to start a family yet.  For sure use another form of birth control.
