Cramps, Cramps, Cramps

hi everyone so this is my first pregnancy and I'm only 7 weeks, have my first appointment Monday but I have been having crazy cramps! It's almost as if I was getting my period there is no bleeding just bad cramps I'm not sure if this is normal because the only symptoms that are supposed to be happening are nausea, vomiting and breast tenderness... Help! I just don't want to come Monday and find out I'm not really expecting or find out I've miscarried

I cramped a lot in the beginning too and was concerned but I was told the same thing ^ that the uterus is/preparing to stretch. A heating pad worked best for me :)

Its completely notmal to cramp hun. Your uterus has to stretch and make room for your new growing baby. The key is as long as your not bleeding or in pain you cannot tolerate, youre probably fine. Try a warm bath and some tylenol or heating pad. Take care
