Prayers for you!! Not sure what the pain could be but when I went for my first us they said I ovulated from the right ovary and pain on that side is normal bc it was a lot bigger than the left and it was producing the progesterone. So maybe a good sign!!

Lots of luck!!

I won't be able to tell whether its a good sign or not but let me share my story....It is similar and you may find it useful...

I had three IUIs before after which I had a successful IVF just a few days back...I am 6 weeks pregnant with twins now. I had a similar problem on the right side both this time and during my third IUI...In fact the problem is still there...There is also a visible swelling...However, both the swelling and pain is not consistent...keep coming and going...My doc thought it was harmless but suggested that I get an ultrasound done which I did last week

As per the U/S the reason of the pain and swelling is because of enlargement of the ovary...my doc said there's nothing to worry about it...its just an effect of the stimulating medicines/shots that they give before these procedures...It should get ok on its own in some time...

Don't stress yourself about it...just mention it to ur doc in your next visit...

All the best for your beta test!! Wish you lots of luck, good wishes and baby dust!!
