Tylenol PM is good to help you sleep. In terms of dreams, try really hard to clear your mind before going to bed. Don't watch tv 30 minutes before and try something like reading, knitting or crocheting, writing your thoughts down, anything like that. I have crazy dreams too, but I've learned that if I go to sleep with a clear mind I have less crazy dreams. Good luck!
I've been having the same problem for weeks. The only thing you can do really is try going to bed earlier, drink a cup of tea, just relax. I've also heard Tylenol PM helps (it is pregnancy safe).
