I'm 29weeks and 6days,for the past two days i been dreaming about my water breaking and the dream seem so real. What does that mean ??

It probably just means you are thinking about it- I get the same kind of dreams at all different points of pregnancy.  :)

I'm about 5-6weeks prego w/ baby #2. I had a dream the other night I was pregnant with twins. It felt so real , like my dream we even had an ultrasound and was running around showing everybody. And everyone's been telling us were gonna have twins and I'm like hmm..... Am I just thinking to much or is it gonna happen?
Alot of the time your dreams are cause you've been thinking of it to much. Or its been one of your topics alot

Yeah. When I was pregnant with my first I use to have the same dream but it was my first so I was scared about labor
