I dont see why not... it's exercise/dance. Aslong as you don't overdo it, im sure you will be fine. Just take it at your own pace.
Zumba classes should be okay as long as u don't move to rapidly it just depends on your body and your baby if u feel cramping or uncomfortable then you shouldn't continue and just stick with walking laps
