Dark Brown & blackish blood instead of period/could I be pregnant

I have endometriosis; I have not been sexually active for almost a year until about 3 weeks ago- When it was time for my period I began having very seldom spotting. About a week and 1/2 ago I threw up, I have since that time been emotional, angry, unreasonable even since around that time.  The blood was dark brown almost black. I am still spotting and it is still blackish brown with a little red and a little heavier than yesterday. Could I be pregnant?

Thank you I am extremely happy and excited! After being told u are infertile and going through the depression of thinking u will never be a mom this is such a blessing. I just hope and pray it all goes ok. My doc is keeping a very close eye on my lil punkin in there lol but yes stage 4 is the worst it can get so she is right it does depend on the severity alot of people in stage 1 have no trouble conceiving at all but I'm stage 4 and it took a couple different meds, getting lasered out regularly, and ALOT of trying on me and fiances part to get prego and it took a year but its all worth it so hellokitty tell ur friend my story and tell her if she wants it to fight for it cause sometimes all the fighting works!

Also- it depends on how severe the endometriosis is; it still can be VERY possible to get pregnant, sometimes difficult but alot of people don't have issues from what I have been told- mine resulted 'supposedly' due to my c'section so I had just had my daughter, so I'm not really too sure with myself, they have said it was possible and I know anything is so we shall see

Thank you both! I am going to take one very soon- wanted to wait to make sure it would show, but you're right- the cheap ones are still very accurate. I will let you know! Teann13- Congrats that is wonderful news!
I will let you both know what happens!

I'm not going to tell u u can't be prego cause its possible but I have stage 4 endometriosis and have had 3 surgeries to laser out my uterus and before each surgery I had almost black spotting so I would say that is probably what's going on. I was told after my last surgery that I was infertile because of the endo and should have a hysterectomy. Luckily my fiance and I decided to try first and it took a year but I'm now 8 weeks prego so if u want to get prego don't give up no matter what u are told cause anything is possible. Hope I helped!

You could be. Take a pregnancy test so see. They have ones for a dollar at the dollar tree that are  accurate. Dark blood is old blood and the red is new blood so if its not a lot then you could be pregnant.
