I hope they get your results back to you quickly then!
Perhaps you're not as far along as previously thought? Based on my LMP, I should be 2.5 weeks further than I am, but ovulation was late.
Based on my last period I should be almost 2 months but my hcg levels were unusually low for that far along that's why we did an early one. And yeah it was pretty uncomfortable. Gave me cramps for a while after.
Transvaginal ultrasounds are super uncomfortable. How far are you? Fortunately you generally only need one for your first dating scan, so you shouldn't have to go through that again.
If your OB doesn't do ultrasounds in-office then I'd expect a call in a day or two.
I'm not supposed to see my doctor for over a week this is awful!
Yea I was very early too when I went and I had the vaginal ultrasound too I understand where u coming from tho n well the doctor talked to me right after
Well she's lucky I didn't stab her with all the poking around she did. How soon will the doctor call?

They can't tell you anything because they aren't licensed to read ultrasounds. It's a liability thing. I know it's so frustrating, but it has to do with legality.
Well I'm very early and the doctors weren't even sure if I was pregnant so considering she wouldn't even tell me if there was anything in there?? Not to mention the vaginal ultrasound was very harsh and gave me cramps... Just frustrated is all.
I believe so the first time I got a ultrasound the lady was kind of rude and I would ask her questions and she would be like I can't tell u nothing the doctor will talk with u so i thought something was wrong and everything was perfectly fine and the second lady who did mines was friendly she said she couldn't tell me much bc it's the doctors job to do so but she would make comments like baby looks perfect, healthy, nice and stuff like that so I felt good about it even tho she wouldn't talk much
