Diet.

Today doctor asked me how much weight i've gained all together and I said 26 pounds. I am 36 weeks. He said to me "that's too much. I don't want to tell you to watch it around Thanksgiving but afterwards you need to go back to your diet. Start baking your chicken and fish and eating lettuce and tomatoes on sandwiches" Like really? I didn't think I was gaining too much. I've heard some people say they gained 40 pounds. Ughhh. I'm still going to eat what I want..

I gained like 35 lbs with my first... no lie. Started out at 127 and I am pretty tall, but my son is almost two and I've been back to the low 130s for a few months now. Breastfeed. The weight will melt off :)

Yeah. I just don't understand him. Maybe he thinks i'm gaining my weight from junk food which i'm not! I hardly ever eat junk. I guess he's just concerned and doesn't want me eating unhealthy.

Thank you! I don't understand why he's saying that. I was 121 before I got pregnant so I was on the smaller side.

I've gained 34 and I'm currently 39+5. You are in the normal range!!! Unless you were at an unhealthy weight before pregnancy you shouldn't be worrying or even trying to loose weight!
