Do you think it could be twins?

Look at the picture, its from when I was 6 weeks, I am now 7 weeks and a little bigger, I thought it was bloat but after 2 weeks the bump is still there.

Your uterus is below the pubic bone; still very little! That bloating is actually your intestines and fluids. ;-)

I didn't vote.  The size of your belly really is not a good indication of multiple vs. singleton gestation.  Especially at 6 wks.  At this stage most likely the size of your belly is from bloating, NOT from your actual uterus, as alaysha said it's still tucked below you pelvic bone.

Unfortunately even with twins they are below the pelvic bone until about 10+ weeks. At this point it is just bloating. I was bloated for the first couple weeks and than got small again and then started putting on baby weight.

You can't tell how many babies by a picture. You need an u/s to determine if it's one baby or two.

I think it's just bloating. If you look at my pictures I was huge and started showing instantly. I am now 33 weeks with only one although I have had several people comment that they think I'm having twins because of my size early on and still I get a few comments it might be twins. However I have had a ton of ultrasounds and it's only one little girl in there.

I voted maybe because you can't tell from a belly picture. Especially not so soon in the beginning of pregnancy. If you've had past pregnancies, your muscles are more relaxed so you tend to "show" sooner, though I don't believe your uterus has even risen from the pelvis yet.
