Does morning sickness usually change near end of first trimester?

Really gross, but just wondering. I went about a week and a half with no nausea, and just mild stuff before that. For the last three days, I'm getting this thing where you feel like you have to burp and then bile comes up and you start gagging and spitting everywhere. Day and night at random. Don't really feel pukey, more like gas, and it comes on  suddenly. Right now it's roughly twice a day.

Anybody else dealing with this one? And any ideas on making it go away?

agree with stacey. but most people do start feeling better from 10-14 weeks from morn sickness others it can carry on longer or for whole pregnancy

Thanks. I had heartburn like crazy with my first pregnancy and was enjoying not having it this time. Didn't have this acid vomit thing then though. :-(

that sounds more like indigestion x, keep away from  fatty and extra spicy food, you can try drinking milk or if that doesnt help your chemist should be able to give you something thats safe during pregnancy to help neutralise the acid
