Down Syndrome

18 Weeks Pregnant And I Think About Labor More Than I Thin. im Suppose To! And Im Scared Out My Pants! First Pregnancy By The Way

I had a false positive with my 4th. They sent me to a specialist and it turned out everything was fine.

That's how I was before I used to think a lot of being in labor plus watching these labor and delivery videos used to scare me a lot but everyone is gonna go through with different labors don't stress yourself out it might be painful especially on dilating but is Worth it I had my first baby on June this year and  I'm expecting the second babyboy on April 23rd 2016 :) I hope it will be the same labor as my first one cause only dilating where I felt the most painful pushing him out was easy

Don't stress too much. From what I understand those tests can produce false positives

I was like that my first pregnancy, I would be scared my son would be stillborn or he would come out with a missing hand or stuff like that, its normal to over think, but thank God my baby boy came out healthy!

The Doctor Said That My Baby Was Postive Cor Down Syndrome And I Have To Go To A Specialist To Make Sure Its Accurate But Im Only 23

Totally normal. It's intimidating especially for us ftm. We don't really know what to expect. Just what we hear from doctors, moms, and birthing classes. Try not to let your imagination run too wild. Not sure where the down syndrome plays into this though.. more info?
