Im having lots of pressure in my cervix also very uncomfortable cramps and upper butt and side pains I was due yesterday could this be labor or the beginning ?

I'm having the same problem. I'm not due for another 3 weeks but I went to the hospital and I am already 3cm dilated. They sent me home and told me to come back as soon as I feel contractions. I haven't felt any yet. Just intense back pain and so much pressure on my cervix. The pain is so bad I can barely walk.

walking also makes labor go faster. i know its hard to focus but in order to make sure they are consistent time them. if it makes it easier there are apps that will time them for u all u have to do is push a button. just breathe, walk, and relax

Now that ive relaxed they come n go but there so uncomfortable I can bearly  focus on timing them walking helps just a little

just remeber to relax. thats the first thing. then try to realize if ur having any contractions. sometimes u wont even realize its a contraction because it will b in ur back. just remeber to see if the pain comes and goes and if it does start counting. active labor is 3 mins apart and one min long. hospital reccomends u going if they are five mins apart. u can do it girly! keep in touch let us know whats going on
