Due Date Today!

I'm super excited but then again my spirits are a little low because I just don't think my princess will be here today. I'm already 5cm 80% and I still haven't felt any contractions. I'm trying my best to stay calm and think positive but I just want to see my bby. Any words of encouragement?

Thank you... I have an appointment this afternoon to see how much more I've dilated and to be monitored on a NST. I've been feeling minor cramps but nothing major just yet. Im hoping I get some good news today.

Tashi, congrats on almost crossing the finish line. Try and relax in know it's so much easier said then done. Eat lots of pineapple they say it's good with softening the cervix to help with labor. Bouncing on the ball is a great idea and tons of walking oh and of course if you can they saying doing the deed helps too lol. Good luck and we can't wait to her the stats of this precious baby girl.

Just think... you've made it this far! Some 280 days! Even if she doesn't come today... 1 or even 3 5 more is only a drop.
Walk like you've  never walked before and lots of ball boucing! Goodluck xx
