Early Pregnancy

I have missed my period. I was due for my period on 1st of November Sunday. An right now I'm still not bleeding. I'm thinking I'm pregnant. How many days after your missed period should a blood test be done?

When I tested positive on a home pregnancy test I called my OBGYNs office and they immediately scheduled me for blood work but then had me wait a week after the missed period to come in for another round. I think a week after is standard for the hcg levels to be high enough. Or you could call your OBGYNs office and see what is standard for them or when they recommend.

No answers other then pregnancy. Don't want people saying things that don't describe pregnancy. All I want to know is when should I do a blood test after one day of missed period. An I'm not stressed.

I waited a week after my missed period to take the test. Sometimes stress (and other factors) can cause late periods.
