I had a bowl of mini wheats and for lunch macaroni and cheese!
I don't always wake up at the same time, but when I wake up I have a pop tart or a toaster strudel to perk my sugars up (if I don't have sugar right away my morning sickness will last all day, freaking su cks) and then after I make sure that stays good and down I usually have a grilled cheese or a blt. Or depending on what we had for dinner last night, left overs.
