miscarige

hi,
i recently had a miscarige back in may,i was 11weeks gone,i was really sick and had terrible back pain, and cramping in the stomack.but no blood,
i have recently just found out that im pregnant again and am 6weeks,im not as sick so far,but i have had to give up one of my jobs because my back is so bad,i have cramps in my stomack throughout the day and i dont know if it is normal.i am taking my folic acid and the pregnacare vitamins and am eating healthy, although i still smoke once every day since i found out.
i went to my doctor and told her abot my back and she said it was fine, and totaly normal but it feels the same as the last time?
what do ye think?

Every pregnancy is different, so really try not to compare the two (easier said than done, I know, I'm on my 2nd, and have compared the two the entire time!) Cramping is very normal in early pregnancy, your body is stretching to grow with your baby, and I had back pain in the beginning of my pregnancy, it's caused from relaxin, a hormone given off during pregnancy. Many women miscarry then go on to have healthy, normal pregnancies, so try to enjoy it, it all sounds normal to me!
