Emmelia Isabella Henderson

Sunday at 5 am my water broke. I was not dilated at all. But my contractions were 3-5 minutes apart. Barely by 2 pm I was at 1 cm with my contractions at 2-3 minutes apart. They gave me morphine to knock me out. I swear the morphine made me loopy and drosy. I woke up at 5 pm. With contractions 1-2 minutes apart. So they had to lower my protessun and then I asked for the epidural. Morphine + epidural = best pain relief ever. My visitors were cracking up. But if you're in pain I highly recommend medication. At 12 am they checked my cervix again I was at 4 cm. 4 am they checked my cervix and I was contracting every minute. Did not feel it at all. But my uterus was swollen so it wasn't allowing me to dilated any more. In other words she was too big for me. They talked to me about a c section at 630. Went into surgery at 730. Baby girl arrived at 8:33 am. Did not feel a thing. But I did through up. 19 inches 7 lbs 10 oz. A full head of hair. Love this baby girl.
