Endomitriosis and Pregnant

I just found out about two months ago I have endomitriosis and I was going to have surgery 1/6/14. I recently went to the ER for so much pelvic pain on 12/26 and that's where I found out I was 4 weeks pregnant. They have been monitoring my pretty close because of how much pain I am constantly in. My blood work looks good and I had a vaginal ultrasound last Thursday but it was too small to see much other than it is in the correct spot and not tubal. My question for anyone that has endomitriosis and is pregnant is, how many weeks along were you when the pelvic pain was no longer there? They have me taking oxycodone as the pain comes and I would like to be done with it but that would only result in another ER visit. Please help :/

I had laparoscopy/hysteroscopy done feb last year for endometriosis. Well, they also discovered I had several severe ovarian cysts (they thought id need my right one removed), found 2 bilateral inguinal hernias, and a septum in my uterus. They said I couldnt get pregnant, wanted to schedule a hysterectomy (i was 21 btw), and I was devastated. 4 months later I found out I was pregnant. My cysts havent come back, and endometriosis is only a threat to the inside of my hernias, which are still the cause of some reeeally bad pain when baby shifts and decides to bounce on that side. Me and baby are both perfectly healthy (im 26 wks) besides the risk of hernias strangulating at birth. Pregnancy should cause a lot of pain and symptoms to go away and from what I understood from my previous doctor, one of the best cures/retardants for endometriosis is to actually become pregnant. Good luck momma :) and congratulations!

Thats how i found out i was pregnant.. i had my right ovary removed in feb. Was told then i had severe endometriosis. In may i found out i was pregnant because i had so much pain i couldnt even stand up so i went to the e.r.... good news is that with your hormones getting higher throughout your pregnancy the pain becomes less and less mine became tolerable around 13 or 14 weeks. I wouldnt say its completely ever gone but its not as bad. Good luck and i hope you start feelin better
