Unfortunatly the first trimester is the time when most feel sick. Nothing much to do about it. You should feel better around 12 or 13 weeks.
I didn't feel better from the morning sickness until 20 weeks, but I just got it when I first woke up in the morning. Just waking up slow helps a lot. And as for tiredness, sleep when you can. It does get better suddenly one day and you get tons of energy in just a few weeks. Good luck!
I was so sick and fatigued with both my pregnancies. This is my second pregnancy. And I don't see how anyone could continue working through pregnancy. Especially the first trimester. But that is normal. Make sure you are eating enough food. And try to get some exercise
