tums???
What tums do you ladies recommend? I know they have a few different ones
I actually really like the tums freshers. I think that's what their called. They aren't as chalky, kinda has the texture of an altoid.
I like the assorted fruit I have to take them so often so I don't get bored with them. I don't recommend getting the ones with extra calcium because you don't wanna over take calciun
