lactation

I am 20w2d pregnant with my first child. My next doc appt isn't until the 28th. The internet doesn't have much info on my question and I understand every woman is different. I am just wondering an estimated time that I should start producing milk and see it come out. And feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I didn't see a drop of anything until after I delivered my baby. But I know women who had to wear nursing pads in their last trimester.

You dont start producing milk till after giving birth. You may start producing colostrum in the late 2nd or early 3rd trimester
