My epidural worked on the contraction pain but my vagina still felt like a ring of fire and I felt every stitch after my son came out, stitches were the worst part

I too had an emergency c section  the ride home was the worst it was freakin painful i could feel every bump on the road lol but once they removed the stitches everything was like normal :) the only thing is i would refuse to see my incision i was scared so i had my sis check it for me just to make sure it was healing

I had a c section a month ago. I as the above posted, didn't baby my body much. I'm not medically suppose to be but I've been back to my normal lifestyle for a week or two now. Honestly laying around made it worse, the walking and cleaning made me feel a lot better. But its different for everyone. I'm still in pain here and there but it's nothing too bad, just some back pain. It's hard dealing with the aftermath of a c section but you'll get through it :) If you have any questions you can message me! I can try my best to be helpful to you.

I didn't even feel anything with my epidural. It should last as long as your labor lasts. Mine was hooked up to an iv so I could have more if needed.

As long as the epidural works on you the way it should then you won't feel any pain at all. I had an epidural and I didn't feel an ounce of pain. All I felt was a lot of pressure. Good luck mama!
