Face wash

So I am about 6 weeks pregnant and my face is breaking out like a teenager.  I know there are certain face washes that are not safe to use (which of course was the one I was using).  So I am looking for some ideas as to which face wash I should get?  Somebody told me to use Johnson and Johnson baby wash.  Did anybody ever hear of that?  Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I understnad this one completely, I used to get bad acne, and i used this stuff for acne called stress control, but I couldnt use it anymore cause of the asysilic acid in, which is what you cant use on your face when pregnant, now i use this Aveno stuff, its like 7 dollars a tube, its in a green tube, but its not for acne exactly but it washes your face really good, and if your like me at all, I have really bad dry skin, and that stuff helps, Even thouugh not for ance use, it washes good, which can help prevent acne too.  I know its from aveno, but Im not exactly what the stuff is called.  Its in a dark green tube though.  Try it out, i love it

Speak to your DR as your breaking out due to the hormone rises in your body.
Aromatherapy oils can be particulary good in pregnancy if you use the right ones. You can search for info about it online.
Also, it sounds gross but, i heard that if you dab your spots in your urine, the alkine in your urine can help the inflamation go down and help clear up your spots :-/ Thats ones your call :-)
