I just gave birth on the 16th, (right now its the 18th) and im pretty well back to normal other then a lot of stiff/sore muscles in my arms (from holding my legs up during pushing) and lower back (from pushing).

My area is a bit tender, but that's to be expected, sometimes I feel like I'm having period pains cause of the bleeding and the tummy area feels a bit odd, haven't found a way to describe it as of yet, kinda like a mild belly ache.

Yes , you feel weird cause your stomach feels like flappy. & your uterus hurts alot more for the first 2wks if your breastfeeding. You feel a like sore dwn there iguess it depends on how u are & how big your baby was. All my babies have been small (5lbs-6lbs). You body doesnt go back to normal as in weight u gotta wait a while. & go to your 6wk checkup . Uhm a newborn can be hard especially if u have other kids . Lack of sleep & tired. But yes , like cmnt above ^ said its nice youur now b able to huge your husband close lol . <3

My stomach felt really weird for the first week or so because you are so used to having something in there And you kind of feel everything shrinking back up. It doesn't really hurt or anything just feels weird. It was really nice to be able to hug my husband close and not have a big belly in the way lol. I personally felt not to bad dealing with baby and everything didn't feel sick. Was sore because I tore pretty bad but you are so excited and happy with baby don't really notice.
