GD is not caused by poor eating habits, nor is it something only fat or only skinny women get. It can affect ANYONE. It means your liver is not processing insulin correctly. PCOS definitely puts you at higher risk of having insulin problems.
Throwing up bile (the nasty yellow mucousy stuff) just means you threw up on an empty stomach. Try to graze throughout the day to keep a little something in your stomach. But remember to follow your GD diet to the T.
hey i just found out last night that i have GD. I'm terrified but from what i've read it can be controlled with diet and exercise. However, I've been eating really well the past 26 weeks so i dont get it and I've only gained 4 pounds and I'm 26 weeks!
I dont know about your situation and dont understand why you are feeling the way you are. I've also read that PCOS can be related to GD. Are you seeing your doctor regularly?
