Fetal like movement under ribcage?

In August I gave birth to my daughter who was a stillborn. I had mirena put in September or October, I cant remember. But now, I'm starting to get worried. I havent had my period since mid February, and for the past three weeks I've felt a fetal like movement directly under my ribcage, almost as if it were a a hand or foot. I'm haven't had symptoms of pregnancy except the missed period.

Does anyone know what this is? I'm confused and frightened, I cant even take a pregnancy test. Help please!

My last period was January 26. I'm 12weeks pregnant and I feel my baby move tho its uncommon to feel them move until about 16-16 weeks. Even later for most ppl. Even so I only feel movment just above my pubic bone. If u were pregnant u prolly wouldnt feel any movment and it would be super low. It would be impossible to feel anything near any of Ur ribs.

The mirena iud can make your periods completely stop within six months of usage for some women. So not having a period with that iud is not unheard of.
The movement you are feeling I couldn't really know what you tell you.  If you were on the off chance pregnant, you wouldn't feel movement that high for a long while yet.
I would take a test just in case because pregnancy and an iud is dangerous business.
