painful chest gas?!
Does anyone else get air stuck in their chest? Every night I have a ton of pain in my chest and the constant need to burp, I've never been good at burping. Any advice to help it stop?
Its acid reflex try not to eat something heavy before bed or if you cant seem tp get the air out my mom has me drink a coke try to drink atleast half without breathing and it usually did the trick for me.
