I'm 12 wks nd 2 days.
I have all day sickness
And all I wanna do is either lay down
Or be asleep.
I hated the smell of foods and I vomit and have nausea everyday.
But eat small snacks.
Sty crackers.

I was horribly sick my first trimester. My doctor told me to focus more on fluid than food. Gave me zofran. And I take 2 flinstone vitamins instead of prenatals bc prenatals can make you sick. I barely ate and lost a little over 10 lbs my first trimester (which my dr isn't concerned about). I just ate when I finally felt up to it. And ate what I could.

I hated the smell of food for the first 9 weeks or so. I mostly ate fruit, but wanted to get veggies in so  I made smoothies. I also stopped taking my prenatals. Hope you start to feel better!

I know how you feel this is my first to. I'm 16w now but when  I was in my first trimester I wanted to die! My doctor told me to stop the prenatals and it helped so much just go get a chewable vitamins. And fruit was what I lived off of and I just snacked don't eat big meals yet just find little things to snack on. It will get better soon you only have a few weeks left of the worst of it :)

For me. I just stopped taking my prenatal. I don't know what's in it that was making me so sick but wether I took it In The morning or late at night nothing ever stayed down and I couldn't smell things without wanting to get sick. I'm 31 weeks and 3 days along and my baby is healthy.! Doctor told me as long as get folic acid and iron and calcium my son would be fine so I bought folic acid supliments and got iron from veggies and red meat and calcium from milk. Worked wonders for me! Hope this helps!
