Do you workout? And if so, what type of exercise? I'm 29 weeks and do some exercise whenever I can like squats, lunges, planks, push ups,.., some days I just feel too tired.
I definitel wish I would have listened to everyone and did exercise more maybe I would have had my son already I am 39+5. I tried doing squats oh geeze it was horrible I was extremely sore for like 5 days no lie! I wish I wasn't so damn lazy plus I never hit a nesting stage and am scheduled to be induced Sunday night so Sunday I will be super busy getting our place cleaned up.
