Hey everyone I was wondering what would be considered too much. I'm estimated 6 weeks and a few days, and I like to go on walks, hike, take bike rides, do yoga and such. And I really want to get back into exercising. So I don't blow up while pregnant. But I obviously do not want to harm the baby. What would be considered too much? And what should I stay away from?
I was told 20-30 pounds is what they think I should gain, but that being baby weight not all fat gain.
